“ไอร่า แอนด์ ไอฟุล” ประกาศแต่งตั้ง CEO คนใหม่ สานต่อวิสัยทัศน์มุ่งสู่ผู้ให้บริการสินเชื่อส่วนบุคคลอันดับหนึ่งที่ครองใจผู้บริโภค

บริษัท ไอร่า แอนด์ ไอฟุล จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้ให้บริการบัตรกดเงินสด “เอมันนี่” (A money) ภายใต้คอนเซ็ปต์ “A money บัดดี้เรื่องเงิน” ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นายโยชิโตะ คิโสะ (Mr. Yoshito Kiso) ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (CEO) คนใหม่ โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2569 เป็นต้นไป เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนองค์กรและสานต่อพันธกิจในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ตลอดจนบริการทางการเงินที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้บริโภคชาวไทยอย่างแท้จริง พร้อมมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายการเป็นผู้ให้บริการด้านการเงินอันดับหนึ่งที่ผู้บริโภคเลือกใช้

นายโยชิโตะ คิโสะ สำเร็จการศึกษาจากคณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขารัฐศาสตร์และเศรษฐศาสตร์  จากมหาวิทยาลัยโทไค (Tokai University) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยเป็นผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญระดับสูงในธุรกิจการเงิน สายงานการขาย การตลาด และการบริหารจัดการองค์กร

นายโยชิโตะ คิโสะ ร่วมงานกับ บริษัท ไอฟุล คอร์ปอเรชัน (ปัจจุบันอยู่ภายใต้กลุ่ม Muninova Holdings) มาเป็นระยะเวลากว่า 28 ปี และได้ดำรงตำแหน่งสำคัญในฝ่ายบริหารมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งในด้านวางแผนองค์กร บริหารจัดการสาขา Promotion & Sales Management ตลอดจนการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มบริษัท อาทิ การดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายส่งเสริมการขาย (General Manager of Sales Promotion Department) ในปี 2563 และล่าสุดในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารจัดการกลุ่มบริษัท (General Manager of Group Management Department) ในปี 2569 ด้วยประสบการณ์การทำงาน ทำให้มีความพร้อมและศักยภาพเต็มเปี่ยมในการนำทัพขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานของ บริษัท ไอร่า แอนด์ ไอฟุล จำกัด (มหาชน) ในประเทศไทย

สำหรับการเข้ามารับตำแหน่งในครั้งนี้ นายโยชิโตะ คิโสะ มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะนำความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการตลาดและการบริหารงาน มาต่อยอดการพัฒนาบริการเพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าและร่วมสร้างประโยชน์คืนสู่สังคมไทย พร้อมตอกย้ำวิสัยทัศน์การเป็นผู้ให้บริการสินเชื่อรายย่อยที่เติบโตอย่างมั่นคง และยกระดับการให้บริการเพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็น "ผู้ให้บริการด้านการเงินอันดับหนึ่งที่ผู้บริโภคเลือกใช้"

AIRA & AIFUL Announces New CEO, Reinforcing Vision to Become the Preferred Personal Loan Provider

AIRA & AIFUL Public Company Limited, the provider of the “A money” cash card under the concept “A money, Your Financial Buddy,” has officially announced the appointment of Mr. Yoshito Kiso as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1, 2026.

In his new role, Mr. Kiso will lead the organization's strategic direction, continuing its mission to develop financial products and services tailored to the needs of Thai consumers while driving the company toward its goal of becoming the top-of-mind financial service provider.

Mr. Kiso holds a degree from the Faculty of Business Administration (Political Science and Economics) from Tokai University, Japan. He brings extensive executive expertise across the financial sector, with proven strength in sales, marketing, and corporate management.

Over a distinguished 28-year career with AIFUL Corporation (currently part of Muninova Holdings), Mr. Kiso has held several key executive positions spanning corporate planning, branch operations, sales promotion, and group management. He notably served as General Manager of the Sales Promotion Department in 2020 and most recently as General Manager of the Group Management Department in 2026. His deep domain expertise positions him well to steer AIRA & AIFUL’s operations in Thailand.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Kiso reaffirmed his commitment to leveraging his marketing and operational expertise to elevate service standards, meet evolving customer needs, and contribute positively to Thai society—solidifying the company’s vision for sustainable growth as the primary consumer credit choice.
